We purchased them because a relative has them and was very pleased. We live right on the water near the mouth of the Neuse River in Oriental so they get tested regularly. They’ve protected our house through tropical storms, snow storms and hurricanes. They’ve held up and continue to work well. They weren’t inexpensive, but well worth the money through our experience. I was notified in a timely fashion when they were about to arrived and allowed to pick a convenient date for installation at our house on Wrightsville Beach NC. The installers were kind enough to wait for us to come after they were finished do demonstrate their function.
