This Traditional Southern Home lies on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. The owner requested that we didn't disclose the location of the home, however it is quite a beautiful location. We installed numerous electric roll downs around the home- building them into the soffits in order to completely hide them from the view of the casual onlooker.
The rolldown Shutter is installed above an opening and are raised and lowered using an electric motor. The system can also be activated manually by crank. When built into a new home Roll Shutters are virtually invisible. While in the closed position, they not only provide storm protection, they also protect from forced entry and theft. When not in use they store in an enclosed box located at the top of the opening.
Even the front door is protected by an electric roll down at this home, providing security with the push of a button.
